Monthly Promos – April | Ben's Paint Supply

We offer pretty good deals here with our monthly promotions, but once in awhile something comes along that's just out-standing….so pay close attention!  Would you pay $159.00 for an Ingersoll-Rand DA sander?  Many are well over $200.00, so that's a pretty good price by itself.  But what if you also got a free right angle die grinder with it?  Think hard…it's tough to come up with a reason not to take advantage of this short term offer.  Maybe you only need one tool and not the other?  Split the deal with a friend.  It's hard to go wrong with this one.  If you have approved credit with Ben's, you can even make up to 4 payments interest-free!  This deal is not easy to avoid!  Give us a call today!

Steck has introduced yet another winner.  You already know you're supposed to oil your air tools every day with a drop or two in the inlet, but don't always remember or can't find that bottle!  Very few shops have dedicated air lines with built-in oilers so it's pretty much up to you.  Introducing the Steck Air Tool Oiler!

The all mechanical design requires no compressed air source and dispenses oil one drop or a few at a time, depending on how you adjust the built-in metering screw.  It can be wall-mounted as a central location for general shop use or hang it on your tool box!  When it's staring at you every day, there goes the forgetting part!  Then just insert the coupler plug into the oil dispenser and you're good to go for the day.  Check out the video to see how many different ways it can be mounted to suit your needs.  This month, Ben's Paint Supply is offering an introductory price at $10.00 off!  Check out our sale flyer.  These have been hard to keep in stock, so order yours today!

So let me add this up – 3 spray guns, 3 cups, a regulator and all packaged in an aluminum carrying case should run – oh – about $1,000 or better right?   What if it's an import kit? – OK, $300.  Nope – AES Industries is offering an incredible deal on all the above for only $99.95!!  The kit contains a 1.0mm touch-up gun, a 1.4mm basecoat/clearcoat gun and a 1.7mm primer gun.  All the bases are covered, and the kit comes with a 90-day warranty from date of invoice.

Now – let's get real.  Do they have the finest machining money can buy? No.  Are the gun bodies cast or forged?  You know they're cast. Can you get parts for them? Stop it! - it's a hundred bucks for 3 guns!  Do they spray paint and will they last awhile if you clean them? Yes!  Will you get $100 worth of use from them? Yes!  Are they for professional use by a collision center or industrial painter?  No, but for the average guy (or gal) wanting to have a set of guns in the home shop or the hobbysist wanting to learn, they're great for starters….or as a back-up when the better gun needs work or your brother-in-law permanently borrowed your other one.  Once you get the hang of paint work, then upgrade to what you need for the work you do.  We have guns for that too!  Give us a call – we won't have these forever!

Karajen Booth Products has an extensive line of American-made quality booth accessory items to make a painter's life a little more organized and efficient – in a nutshell, a little easier.  By using powerful magnets, in about 1 second you can mount a 1-gun to 8-gun gravity feed gun holder.  Or how about a booth box – a neat little device to help you store and protect in-booth those last minute, get-you-out-of-trouble mid-paint job items like tape, tack cloths, dirt pic and a blower.  Again, mounted with those bad boy magnets, you can also hang up to two guns on them, even if they are full of paint!  From waterborne air blower holders to hose and airbrush holders, and a place to hang that freshly painted mirror, Karajen has it all.  And this month we are offering the whole line at 10% off!

Want to see what they have?  Click for page 1 and page 2 of their catalog brochure.  Also check out some sample pricing on our sale flyer:  Front side    Back side     If you don't see a price on something you saw in the catalog, give us a call.  Whatever it is, you can take 10% off.   Sign-up for our monthly promo e-mail list and take another 10% off!  See our home page.

P.S. If you don't have a metal booth wall or tool box nearby, Karajen offers alternative fastener kits too.

DeVilbiss introduces the next generation of their popular FLG series

1. FLG-670, standard gun with 1.3mm, 1.5mm and 1.8mm fluid nozzles, 900c aluminum cup and air control.
2. FLG-671, waterborne gun, same 3 fluid nozzles, 20 oz. plastic cup and an air control.
3. FLG-678, primer only gun with 1.8mm and 2.2mm fluid nozzles, 900cc aluminum cup, but no air control.

Now you can convert most any standard stud welder into one of the most popular tools to repair plastics to come out in a long time.   Motor Guard introduces their Magna Stitcher adapter tool!  This cool little gadget fits on the end of a stud welder and actually melts a stainless steel clip or "stake" into the back side of a torn bumper (or any thermoplastic application).  Once you have done the surgery, the front side is ready for standard cosmetic repair.

There is another tool on the market that does the same thing but sells for over $500! The Magna Stitcher adapter lists for $129.00, but we're going to offer it to you for only $109.00 during this promo period.  Want to know more?  Choose from the following cafeteria of information: Video, Tech Sheet, Ben's sale flyer.

Special Promo for Water Shops!   If you use PPG's Envirobase, Aquabase, Aquacron or that of another company that tries to compete with the best in PPG waterborne technology,  production shops use venturi style blowers to force dry the color and speed up the process.  These are especially helpful in our Florida humidity.  However, they do use a lot of air, and often at the same time other technicians are needing it.  Infratech has designed a dual fan system to use electricity instead of air.  How much electricity you ask? How about 1 Amp?  The Infratech fan system also dries the panel faster as it is designed to cover more surface area.  A second version includes a heat lamp and dries the panel up to 50% faster than a venturi dual blower.  OK, that adds 14 more amps, but it's worth it in being independent from your shop air system.  Besides, you'll use your heat lamp in cold weather anyway!  No compressed air contaminants can blow onto the panel either, causing expensive re-dos.  Want more info?  Click here for a tech sheet and here for pricing.  Save up to $100!!

SAVE $300!!

SEM has a great deal for collision shops.  If you could get almost $700 worth of popular SEM products for a little less than $400, PLUS a free cabinet to put them in, PLUS the fact that they are all Lo-VOC items, why would you NOT want to do that?  If you want a preview, click here to find out what items are in the cabinet.  Don't worry about not having a dispenser gun for the dual-cartridge products; the gun's in there too!!  Give us a call and take advantage of this great deal while they last!
