BMW 735i Air Conditioning/Cooling system? | Air Conditioning

I just got my 85 735is cooling system fixed, with a new thermostat, hoses, radiator, the water pump and pressure were all good. But now what it is doing is blowing hot air through the vents. EVEN when the Hearter isnt on. is it still overheating? And the air conditioning only works when it wants.itlll blow then stop.could that be the blower motor? help needed!
