Odds are good that your Power Stage is shot, which can be killed by your fan when it dies. Any breeze you feel when driving is just the normal airflow through the system when the fan is seized. It's a common problem for our cars, especially when Volvo didn't add a filter for the air intake - detritus falls into the blower motor and kills it.
