Air Conditioning/Heater blower not working - Could a fuse be the ...

Hey guys, Just purchased a 2007 G5 the other day. There were a few issues with it, but I got it anyways because the price was awesome. Aside from a wheel bearing needing to be replaced, the AC/Heater blower is not working. Before I take it back to the mechanic, and get the whole blower replaced, is it possible it could be as simple as a fuse? Where do I look for the fuses in a G5? Also, when looking/handling fuses is there any precautions I need to make? ie: Disconnecting battery, making sure the vehicle is turned off, etc.. Any and all answers would help! Thanks, Jeff P.S.
