The blower probably isn't powerful enough to push the air up that high. You need a more powerful blower, or an extra blower. Another idea is put the furnace at level 1, because heat rises, & an air conditionor at level 5 because cold air sinks. As a result, the cold air from the air conditionor goes from the top level, & down to the lower levels. The hot air from the furnace rises from the bottom level, & up.  | |||
